Once your team begins building their own teams, you step into a leadership coaching role.
When a team under you sells R15,000 or more, they branch out as their own Business Builder team.

You then earn:
* 5% override commission on that team’s sales
* Your Level Two commission on the rest of your network’s sales


This level rewards true leadership and long-term support – the more leaders you develop, the more you grow yourself!

* Recruit new agents
* Guide and mentor them
* Motivate and support your team
* Maintain sales and active participation
