All rewards—including hampers, lucky draws, and bonuses—are awarded based on the overall achievement of the team.
This means that the value of prizes aligns directly with the level of performance and earnings generated in that period.

For example, if a team leader earns R2000 from the team’s combined sales and growth for the month, it would be unrealistic and financially unwise to offer a lucky draw prize worth R4000. Instead, rewards are calculated proportionately based on the Team Target given by Home Office each month —ensuring that they:

  • Reflect team participation and performance

  • Encourage further growth

  • Are sustainable and responsible

All sales placed during the current month will be added together
The top 20 winners will be ranked according to Total Sales Amount.

These figures will be taken into account towards the annual Annique Home Office personal Sales Award as per the Rewards and Recognitions Booklet.

Points for Team TEA-riffic 6 month draw
1st place = 20 points, 2nd place = 19 points etc
These points are then divided by 2 and rounded up.

Top 20 Downline Sales
• All sales in a leader's downline placed during the current month will be added together
• Team Leader must reach S1 status or higher in the month
• The top 20 winners will be ranked according to Total Downline Sales Amount

These figures will be taken into account towards the annual Annique Home Office Downline Sales Award as per the Rewards and Recognitions Booklet.

Points for 6 month draw
1st place = 20 points, 2nd place = 19 points etc

All consultants who placed an opening order during the month will be recognized

Personal Sales Targets
How are targets calculated?
1: Basic Target

Your past 3 months sales average is taken:
If it is above R800 we add 15% target to it
If it is less than R800 then R800 is the target
Example: Month 1 = R800; month 2 = R1200; month 3 = R1500
= R3500 divided by 3 = R1166 add 15% = R174,90 = R1341
Example: Month 1 = R0; month 2 = R1000; month 3 = R200
= R1200 divided by 3 = R400 | target = R800

2: Prestige Target

Your monthly Basic Target is taken, placed on the Annique Home Office Sliding Scale and then moved to the lowest amount of the next Scale
If basic target is below between R1800 and R4199 then Prestige Target is R4200
If basic target is R800 then Prestige target is R1800

If you reach and exceed this target you will receive 5 entries

3: Diamond Target

Your monthly Basic Target is taken, placed on the Annique Home Office Sliding Scale and then moved to the lowest amount of the second up on the Scale
If basic target is below between R1800 and R4199 then Prestige Target is R6000
If basic target is R800 then Diamond target is R4200
If you reach and exceed this target you will receive 10 entries.

% Trading
Home Office’s target set for each team is 53% trading
It’s easier for someone with 8 team members to reach this target than someone with 200 team members therefore we are using a scale

8 - 16 team members - reach 90% = 2 entries
17 - 30 team members - reach 80% = 4 entries
31 - 50 members - reach 70% = 6 entries
31 - 100 members - reach 60% = 8 entries
100+ members - reach 50% = 10 entries

Business Builder
All the sales of the opening order of new recruits in the current month are added together
• Team Leaders are then ranked according to the value of the total sales
• Minimum Total of R1000 is required.

• Example: Leader 1
• 3 new recruits with respective sales of R159, R1150, R780 = R2809
• Leader 2:
• 2 new recruits with respective sales of R2100, R1400 = R3500
• Leader 2 will be 1st and Leader 1 2nd

Level 1 Group Sales
Each leader has been given 3 targets to work towards
This target is based on the sales of all Level 1's (not level 2's and up) in your team.
How the target is calculated

Basic
70% of the Level 1's in your team need to do an average of R800 personal sales during the month.
EXAMPLE:
50 Level 1's in the team
70% of 50 = 35
35 times R800 = R28000 Target
Reach and exceed target = 1 entry

Prestige
70% of the Level 1's in your team need to do an average of R1200 personal sales during the month.
EXAMPLE:
50 Level 1's in the team
70% of 50 = 35
35 times R1200 = R42000 Target
Reach and exceed target = 5 entries

Diamond
70% of the Level 1's in your team need to do an average of R1800 personal sales during the month.
EXAMPLE:
50 Level 1's in the team
70% of 50 = 35
35 times R1800 = R63000 Target
Reach and exceed target = 10 entries

Paid as Title
• 3 sets of Paid as Title Targets are calculated monthly
• 1: Basic Target Same as your current PIN TITLE
• 2: Prestige Target One Title up from Current Pin Title
• 3. Diamond Target Two Titles up from Current Pin Title

Open the Volume Discount Statement under Reports on your Annique Profile. There you will find a column PIN TITLE.
If your Pin Title is C or AC then your Basic Target is S1
If your Pin Title is S1 then S1 is your Basic Target, S2 your Prestige Target and S3 your Diamond Target etc.

Basic = 1 , Prestige = 5 & Diamond = 10 entries

3 month rolling recruits
• The Home Office Compensation plan allows you to earn off your team when you recruit
• S1 and S2 = 1 recruit over a 3 month rolling period
• S3 = 2 recruits over a 3 month rolling period
• S4 and up = 3 recruits over a 3 month rolling period.

Consultants who reach the above will receive entries
1 recruit over a 3 month period = 1 entry
2 recruits over a 3 month period = 5 entries
3 recruits over a 3 month period = 10 entries

3 month Trading
If you have placed an order in each of the previous 3 months (current month is not included) and the average is equal to or exceeds R2000 then you will receive one entry
Example: If the current month is September
August = R3000
July = R1000
June = R2000
= R6000 divided by 3 = R2000

R1000 Recruit 5 each
• Encouraging New Recruits to place a large opening order is greatly beneficial as this will result in consistent consultants who will then be in a habit of placing large orders.
• Team Leaders will be rewarded for each new consultant during the current month who places an opening order of R1000 or more

5 entries for each qualifying new consultant

Personal Sales R600+
All the Sales placed during the current month will be added together.
The total will be divided by R600 and rounded down
These are the number of entries the consultant will receive in this Lucky Draw

If this amount is less than R9000 then the starting amount is R9000/600*800

3: Diamond Target

  • Terms and Conditions

    Competition Rules & Terms

    1. These competitions are hosted and run by Michelle Goodwin as the Team Leader of Team TEA-riffic.
    2. ALL active Team TEA-riffic members are eligible for rewards & recognitions.
    3. Members must be part of the Team TEA-riffic WhatsApp Group.
    4. Members must NOT have completed the Do Not Disturb Form.
    5. Members must be placing regular 3 month orders.
    6. Entry is of own free will; no consultant is forced to participate in any of the challenges or competitions.
    7. These competitions are completely independent from Annique Home Office.
    8. Annique Home Office runs their own independent competitions, with their own rules and terms & conditions.
    9. Cost of the prizes/gifts are carried by Michelle Goodwin – these are NOT gifts given by Annique Home Office.
    10. Consultants are only eligible to claim prizes if they have placed an order during the current month and at least one order in the previous 3 months.
    11. Consultants are responsible for collecting the prizes won – or for payment of courier to have prizes/gifts delivered.
    12. Payment of courier must be made within 21 days; failing which the hamper will be returned to the prize kitty.
    13. Because these competitions are independent from Annique, prizes cannot be sent via Annique with an order.
    14. Consultants may choose method of delivery:
      • Personal pick up (not meeting somewhere)
      • PAXI – delivery to your closest PEP stores – R65.00 (7-10 days)
      • PUDO – delivery to your front door – R115 (2-4 days)
    15. Cost of courier may change without prior notice.
    16. Parcels are packed and couriered on the 3rd Thursday of each month – delivery times are added to this date.
    17. If the consultant has not completed delivery address correctly, they will be held liable and accountable for new / additional delivery costs.
    18. All competitions run from when Annique opens the new campaign until sales figures are closed for the month.
    19. Gifts / prizes and rewards are just that – gifts. No one is entitled to receive gifts and the team leader is not obliged to reward someone with gifts.
    20. Courier will be paid at the same time that points are redeemed – payment not received within 24 hours will result in prizes being returned to the kitty.
    21. Consultants will be notified via WhatsApp if they have won a prize.
    22. The team leader will not be held responsible, accountable nor liable should prizes be faulty or damaged. All products are quality checked before packaging.
    23. The team leader will not be held responsible, accountable or liable should the chosen courier service lose, damage or fail to deliver the parcel.
    24. The Team Leader reserves the right to cancel a competition without prior notice.
    25. The Team Leader reserves the right to change the prizes without prior notice.
    26. The Team Leader reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
    27. Errors and omissions excepted.
